SWEET CHICKEN FINGERS

Sweet Chicken Fingers

INGREDIENTS
  • 750g organic chicken breast fillets
  • 200ml organic plain yoghurt
  • 2 handfuls cornflakes, ground
  • 1 cup (125g) grated Parmesan cheese
METHOD 

Preheat oven to 180C. Combine cornflakes and cheese together in one bowl, and place yoghurt in another bowl. Coat chicken with yoghurt and then cornflake and cheese mixture. Bake in oven for 20 – 30 minutes, depending on size of chicken breasts.
