Coconut Date Shake

  Date and Coconut Shake

Ingredients

750 ml fresh, boiled milk at room temperature
2 dozen large, good quality soft dates
50 gm coconut cream powder
1/2 cup sugar (or as per taste)
For garnish 3 - 4 tbsp. almonds and pistachios slivered or crushed
4 - 6 washed, slit, deseeded dates

Method
Wash and soak the dates in hot water for five minutes and drain well. Skin and deseed them. Blend all the ingredients together till creamy. After blending, pour this drink into an airtight container and keep in the deep freezer for 20-30 minutes; take out and stir well. Pour into glasses and garnish with slitted dates, slivered or crushed almonds and pistachios and serve it.
