Shredded Chicken Salad and Sesame Chicken

Shredded Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
1 Cucumber cut lengthwise
1 Tomato, cut lengthwise
1/2 cup Pineapple cubes
1 apple cut in wedges
5 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Method:
Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise and seasonings. Serving Spread salad leaves in a flat plate and pile your salad leaves in the center. Decorate with twisted orange, pineapple slice and tomato rose on top of salad.

 
Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
:
10 chicken thighs
3 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger – grated
3 tablespoon cornflour
4 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
peanut oil -- deep frying

Method
Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.Marinate chicken in the soy sauce, ginger & cornstarch. The cornstarch should be enough to make the mixture into a thick sauce. Marinate for 1 Hr.Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly Browned. You can substitute beef for the chicken
