Chicken Fajita With Salsa Sauce And Sour Cream 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg chicken, cut into stripes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. crushed cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. crushed green chili
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 4-6 tortilla
For Salsa Sauce
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped without skin
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
For Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
Method:
  • Marinate chicken stripes in salt, garlic paste, cumin powder and crushed green chilies. Leave it in refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in pan and sauté onion in it. Fry marinated chicken on high flame till it leaves oil.
  • Add tomato and cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
For Salsa Sauce
  • Heat oil in a pan. Put tomatoes, onion, salt, sugar, garlic paste and red chili flakes in it and fry it little. Add capsicum before removing it from heat.
For Sour Sauce
  • Mix mayonnaise, fresh cream and yogurt well and your sour cream is ready.
  • Take tortillas and add chicken, salsa sauce and sour cream in it and make a roll. Serve hot.
