Chicken Steam Roast



One of my husband's favorite meals is my Chicken Steam Roast.You will love it too.
                    The Basic Ingredients of this Recipe are as follows:


  Marination                                                                                  For Steam
  1. One Chicken without cutting.                                               Lemon Zest      6
  2. Ginger & Garlic Paste   2 tbl spn                                          Star Anise         4
  3. Red Chilli Powder     2 tbl spn                                              Cooking Oil for Frying
  4. Salt   To Taste
  5. Turmeric Powder   2 tea spn
  6. Celery Powder (Ajwain) 2 tea spn
  7. White Cumin             1 tbl spn
  8. Vinegar or Lemon juice       4 tbl spn
  9. Tamarind Water            5 tbl spn
  10. Chat Masala  2 tbl spn
  11. Yellow color 1 tea spn
  12. Yogurt  1 cup
  13. White floor  2 tbl spn
  14. Corn Floor 2 tbl spn
  15. Oil  4 tbl spn
  Add all above mentioned spices for Marination in yougurt and mix them well.Rub the mixture gently over the chicken and leave over night in refrigerator  or 5 to 6 hours on room temperature.
 Deep Fry the marinated chicken till its color turns to nice golden brown. 
 Now the Fried Chicken is ready to Steam .
For Steaming add water in a cooker or big deep karahi add star anise and lemon zest in it and make it boil.
Put a big stainer over it and place the fried chicken in stainer and covered for 15 to 20 min.
Cut in pieces and Ready to serve
