Chicken Achari



Chicken Achari:

Ingredients with Quantity:


  •        1/2 Kg
  •    1 cup
  •   1 cup

  • 1 tsp
  •   1 tbsp
  •   1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  •   2 tsp
  •   2 tsp
  •   2 tbsp

Method:

Heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, add 1 cup ground onion and fry till its color turn to light pink. 

Add in 1/2 kg chicken, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp onion seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt. 

Fry well. Now add 2 ground tomatoes and 1 cup yogurt. 

Mix well and cook over low flame till chicken is tender. 

Slit 10 big green chilies; fill with the mixture of 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp chaat Masala. Add green chilies to the chicken and simmer till all done. 

Serve hot.
