Summer Drinks




Pina Colada Shake:

          Ingredients:

  •  ½ Banana (frozen)
  • ¼ cup Pineapple Chunks With Juice
  • ½ tsp. Coconut Flakes
  • Whole Milk (to taste) 
  • Method:  
    Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth
       
    Fruit Punch: 
    Ingredients:
    1. 20 ounces of (thawed)
    2. 2 pints of Strawberry Ice Cream
    3. 1 (12 ounce can of Frozen Pineapple Juice (from concentrate) (thawed)
    4. 2 liters or (1 ½ to 2 quarts) Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled) 
      Method:
       
    1. Combine pineapple juice, strawberries, and 1 pint of ice cream; and blend until smooth.
    2. To serve, pour into chilled punch bowl and add chilled lemon lime soda.
    3. Spoon remaining ice cream on top. Serve in punch cups.



    Fruit Lassi

     Ingredients:

    2 Soft Mangoes (peeled, cut from pit, and cubed)  
    5 ripe Bananas (peeled and slices) 
    ½ tsp. Grounded Cardamom (Choti Ilaichi) 
    2 cups Plain Yogurt  
    1 cup Whole Milk  
    1 cup Ice Cold Water  
    1 tsp. Rose Water
    Toasted Almonds (Baadaam) (sliced) (for garnish)

    Method:

    Combine all ingredients, (except almonds), in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.


    Serve with ice cubes and sprinkle with almonds.
