Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:
Roast beef 8 slices
Cabbage 1 small, finely chopped
Lettuce few leaves, chopped fine
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp, crushed
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Salt to taste
Bread 8 slices, lightly toasted
Roast beef 8 slices
Cheese 8 slices
Carrots 3, chopped finelyCabbage 1 small, finely chopped
Lettuce few leaves, chopped fine

Black pepper ½ tsp, crushed

Mayonnaise ½ cup

Bread 8 slices, lightly toasted
Method:
Combine mayonnaise with the vegetables, white pepper, black pepper, sugar and salt. Spread the toasted slices lightly with butter then the mayonnaise mixture, top with roasted beef slice and cheese. Sprinkle chopped lettuce on top. Serve warm.
Bar B Q Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
4-6 slices of bread
2 cup chicken (cut into cubes or slices)
4 tsp tikka masala
3 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Juice of lemon
Method:
2 cup chicken (cut into cubes or slices)

Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, except bread, for an hour.
Arrange the chicken on skewers on low charcoal fire and keep brushing the chicken with oil.
When done on all sides, remove from the skewers.
Trim slices from the sides.
Place the chicken on it and cover with another slice of the bread.
Serve it with French fries and coleslaw.

Club Sandwiches

2 breast pieces of chicken (boiled and shredded)
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
2 eggs
Few lettuce leaves

Method:
* Add Soya sauce and Chinese salt to the chicken
* Season with salt and pepper and mix well
* Make two thin omelet
* Remove the sides of the bread slices, apply mayonnaise on one slice, then spread the chicken mixture on it and cover it with another slice
* Place omelet, cucumber, and tomato and salad leaf on it
* Cover it with a third slice
* Cut it in a triangle shape
* Serve with French fries
* Season with salt and pepper and mix well
