Ingredients:
semolina 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
baking soda 1 tsp
green chilli's 2 (choped)
water (as required)
oil (for frying)
Method:
In a large bowl you will add(semolina,flour,salt,oil,baking soda,cumin seeds,green chilli's).
Gradually add water to flour mix.Mix well until it forms a compact ball.
Knead dough until it is smooth and elastic. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough on a plain suface and spread it around so that it makes one thin layer.
Slice this layer in 3' x 1/2' rectangles
Now fry your namak paray in any shape and fry until crispy and golden.
