Mutton Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
  • ½ kg mutton chops
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. red chili powder
  • 6 cloves
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. all spices powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method :
  • Boil the chops with salt, garlic cloves and cloves. Take off from heat when they are tender and all water dries up.
  • Beat the eggs and add all spices powder, salt, red chili powder and flour in it. Mix well and make a paste.
  • Heat oil and dip chops in egg mixture and fry until they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
