Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients with Quantity:

1. Spaghetti 1 pack.
2. Chicken Mince ½ kg./One Chicken Breast cut in Strips
3. Onion 1 small cut length wise.
4. Cabbage 1 cup, shredded.
5. Carrots ½ cup shredded.
6. Salt 1 tsp.
7. Black Pepper ½ tsp.
8. Crushed Red Pepper ½ tsp.
9. Vinegar 1 tbsp.
10. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
11.Soya Sauce 1 tbspn
12.Chilli Hot Sauce 1 tbspn
13.Chicken Powder alternate of Chinese salt

Method:

1. Boil the Spaghetti in a large sauce pan. Follow directions on box for cooking.

2. When spaghetti is cooked, rinse with cold water. Set aside.

3. Put oil in a large fry pan and cook the mince or Strips. Cook on medium to high heat, till it is well done.

4. Now add the carrots and fry for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and fry.

5. Keep stirring for a few minutes, now add the spaghetti and mix well.

6. When the spaghetti and vegetables are mixed well, add the hot sauce,soya sauce,salt,black pepper,chicken powder and vinegar. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Crushed Red Chilli can be added on your taste requirement you can add Green finely chopped Chilli too who love to eat spicy.
