Potato Chicken Balls

  Potato Chicken Balls

Ingredients
4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1/2 kg chicken boiled and shredded
1/2 cup of tamarind, water
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Bread crumbs for coating
Oil for frying

Method
Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 cup tamarind water and chicken to the mashed potatoes. Mix well and make small balls of this mixture. Coat it in bread crumbs. Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.Potato chicken balls are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
